What materials are Svmsara glasses made of?

All our glasses are made with sustainable materials such as bio-acetate and recycled RPCTG, among others, ensuring minimal environmental impact and maximum quality.


How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your order. To process a return or exchange, you must send the order to our offices (using the carrier of your choice). Upon receiving it and verifying that it is in good condition, we will refund or exchange it. Please note that, to accept a return or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging, as you received it. Please include a note with the package: indicating whether it is a return or exchange (which model you require), full name, and order number. If the order was shipped to the USA, please email us at info@svmsara.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the item you wish to receive in the case of an exchange. *Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or an error on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
