Deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal
The 14-day period begins to count from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.

*Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or an error on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify SVMSARA of their decision through an unequivocal statement. This can be done by email: info@svmsara.com or through the contact form available on the website.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: Personalized or custom-made products. Products that have been unsealed and are not eligible for return due to obvious misuse.

    Product return
    Once the consumer has notified the consumer of their decision to withdraw, they must return the product within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed with SVMSARA.

    The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all labels attached, and along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

    Refund
    SVMSARA undertakes to reimburse all payments received from the consumer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. However, SVMSARA may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or the consumer provides proof of having returned it.

    The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

    Return Notification
    All returns must be notified to SVMSARA before shipping the product. It is recommended to follow the instructions provided on the website to facilitate the process.

    Damaged or defective products
    If the product received is damaged or defective, the consumer must notify SVMSARA within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. SVMSARA will cover the return costs and refund the payment or send a replacement product at no additional cost to the consumer.

    Changes to the Return Policy
    SVMSARA reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the modification date.
