PRODUCT INFORMATION
All our glasses are made with sustainable materials such as bio-acetate and recycled RPCTG, among others, ensuring minimal environmental impact and maximum quality.
The lenses in our glasses are designed to offer UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. They are also available in a variety of models.
The packaging includes a premium box with gold screen printing, a recycled storage sleeve, a cleaning cloth, and a certified Svmsara card with special discounts.
Clean them with the included microfiber cloth and avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures. Store your glasses in the case when not in use.
We work with recycled materials and collaborate with NGOs to promote sustainability and environmental awareness. Furthermore, our manufacturing process is environmentally responsible.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
Yes, we ship to several countries around the world. Shipping costs and times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse. Enter it on the tracking website to see its status. If the tracking number doesn't work, please try again in a few hours, as it may take some time for the system to update the latest information.
Order processing is fast, so we can't guarantee we'll be there in time to make the change or cancel it. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team at info@svmsara.com, and we will do our best to address your request.
When purchasing from abroad, you may incur customs fees and taxes, which are not subject to Svmsara but rather to the policies of each country. Before completing your purchase, when you select the shipping method, a notice will appear indicating any customs charges or taxes not included in the shipping cost.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to make an exchange or return. To process a return or exchange, you must send the order to our offices (using the carrier of your choice). Upon receiving it and verifying that it's in good condition, we will refund your money or exchange it. Please note that to accept a return or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging, just as you received it. Please attach a NOTE TO THE PACKAGE: Indicating if it is a Return or Exchange (which model you want) / Full Name / Order Number. If your order was shipped to the USA, please email us at info@svmsara.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the item you wish to receive in the event of an exchange. *Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or an error on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

In order to expedite the resolution of the incident, it will be very helpful if you provide us with the order number and send us a photo of the product and another of the back of the box where the label is visible.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Svmsara offers a lifetime warranty on all its glasses and chains, covering solder points that fail due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including lens scratches, broken lenses, or damage caused by abuse or misuse. Both warranties will only be valid when you contact Customer Service, indicating the defective product along with proof of purchase and a photo of the product. *Svmsara reserves the right to refuse free warranty service if the specified documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. This warranty does not cover any of the following cases: Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster. Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (bumps, crushing, dents, glass breakage, etc.) or accidents. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear - consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the life of the product).
If you have received a defective product, we recommend that you contact our customer service team via email at info@svmsara.com In order to expedite the resolution of the incident, it will be very helpful if you provide us with the order number and send us a photo of the product and another of the back of the box where the label is visible. In addition to another photo of the temple where the serial number can be seen (in the case of glasses).
